Founded in 2007, Landrich Property Management LLC was born out of necessity by servicing the management needs of Investors with properties located throughout Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Dade County, all of which were, and continue to be, purchased through our real estate division at Landrich Real Estate, Inc.

We have been entrusted by our investors to manage and oversee their properties through property repairs and renovations, tenant screening and negotiations, leases and evictions, and all other property management related duties.
